  • All custom or personalized jewelry is FINAL SALE.
  • Custom items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions.

  • The item is not custom
  • The item arrives faulty or damaged
  • The item does not fit

All exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once approved, further instructions will be provided.
