- All custom or personalized jewelry is FINAL SALE.
- Custom items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions.
- The item is not custom
- The item arrives faulty or damaged
- The item does not fit
All exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted

- A brief explanation of the issue
Once approved, further instructions will be provided.
